We’ve built something that fixes that. Every Business Brew member gets access to a private members app that turns the work around the meeting into something simple and visible.
What you get
When you wish to bring a guest along, you fill in their details and pick a meeting. They get a warm invitation by email with the venue, the cost and three reply buttons. You’re notified the moment they reply. If they say “another week”, they land on a follow-up list so they’re not forgotten. If they come along and have a good time, the app sends them a short feedback form afterwards, and any “I’d like to join” answers come straight to us.
When you give a referral, it is logged immediately after the meeting. As soon as it converts, the recipient is prompted to leave you a thank-you, which becomes a testimonial on your member profile. Slow, steady, and the room can see who’s quietly passing solid business around.
Each member has a personal “looking for” board, the place to write what you’d like the group to keep an ear out for: new clients, a website designer, a sub-contractor, an introduction at a particular firm. Members can browse each other’s asks, so the room is helping you out even when you’re not in the room.
You also get a personal calendar feed. Subscribe once and our meetings, social events and group dinners drop straight into your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar alongside everything else.
